Is booking directly safe?

Yes! When booking directly you deal directly with us – your hosts. All payment information is encrypted and never stored by us.

When will I be charged?

Once your reservation request is submitted and approved by us, your card will be charged. Normally this happens within 24 hours of your request.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel a reservation within 24 hours, you will receive a 100% refund as long as the check-in date is more than 7 days out. If you cancel a reservation after the first 24 hours you will receive a 50% refund as long as the check-in date is more than 30 days out.
