Great Location!
What you will love about the location of this cabin is that it is close to so many fun things to do. In the summer you can enjoy Pinecrest lake or a peaceful hike in the Stanislaus National Forest. In the winter you can hit the nearby ski slopes of Dodge Ridge or go sledding at one of the numerous snow parks. And of course year round you can visit Black Oak Casino for some gaming fun or take in the breath-taking views of Half Dome and El-Capitan at Yosmite National Park (a 90 minute drive).
The Cabin:
You will love the large outdoor deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and, more often than not, catch a glimpse of the numerous deer and wild turkeys that roam the area. Outdoor seating and a fire table are provided to also keep you warm on those chilly mountain evenings. If you do find yourself outdoors at night, sipping on your favorite beverage, you will be in for a treat as the stargazing on most nights here is spectacular!
The kitchen has been entirely remodeled with new cabinets, appliances, and all of the cookware & utensils you would need to entertain your family or friends. The kitchen opens into the main living space where you can enjoy the warm fire or take in a movie with popcorn. The primary guest room is located downstairs and boasts a queen-sized memory foam bed, a dedicated heater and plenty of plush fleece blankets. Also downstairs is a full bath plus shower and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Upstairs there is also another full bathroom with shower flanked by two bedrooms, both of which have stunning windowed views into the trees and valley below.
The second bedroom has a comfy queen-sized memory foam bed as well as a quaint dedicated workspace and chair. This bedroom is also large enough to fit a pack and play or portable crib should you have the need.
The third bedroom is dedicated to the kiddos or the young at heart. It features full-sized bunk beds and a queen-sized futon for either lounging around or extra bedding space.
Guest Access:
The entire cabin is yours during your stay. Prior to your arrival you will given your own personal access code that you can use to self-checkin.

The weather in the mountains can be unpredictable. Please check the weather prior to your stay. We are not responsible for maintaining the conditions of roads, decks, and driveways in the event of snow, ice, rain, etc.

HOUSE RULES
By booking our property you are agreeing to these rules so please review and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We reserve the right to cancel your stay if your actions cause damage to the property or causes a disturbance. We are a drug free property, this includes medical marijuana. If any evidence of use is found, there will be a $500 fine. We are a smoke free property. No smoking is allowed in the cabin or anywhere on the property. Vaping is allowed on the front deck area only. Violation will result in a $500 fine as well as liability for any additional cleaning fees. No pets allowed. Violation will result in a $500 additional charge as well as liability for any additional cleaning fees. No Parties or Events without explicit permission. Any unauthorized parties or events not approved are subject to an additional $500 charge as well as liability for any additional cleaning fees. Nothing down the toilets except toilet paper. We are on a septic system. If you violate this rule and it causes damage or plugging of the septic system, you will be liable for the repair and services fees. Number of guests allowed is 8. In many cases we can accomodate more but you must request the additional guests prior to your stay. Please do not turn off or disable the Ring camera. It is used solely for security purposes. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise down after 11pm. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
